For the holistic remodeling of the Hotel el Tumi, it was proposed to modernize the façade: the carpentry of the doors and windows were changed, it was repainted with more earthy colors and, above all, an extension was made (currently the entrance and reception hall) which continued with the staggering of the façade, it was proposed to blend in with the environment while maintaining the typical Andean tile and sloping roofs. In turn, all the rooms were remodeled, the functionality of the restaurant was changed to a table area on the first and second levels, where the first includes an integrated bar. We created a multifunctional open space
